ATT Building (above 3 pics) in Downtown San Diego; The project consisted of retrofitting the existing 600 Ton York Centrifugal Chiller with (4) TT-400 Turbocor compressors, installing a new cooling tower via helicopter lift and new boilers. This All-Variable-Speed Application central plant is now operating in the .38 kW/Ton range and is one of the most efficient buildings in Downtown San Diego.

Alpha performed a Design/Build renovation of the Keating Hotel (circa 1850) in Downtown San Diego. The project consisted of renovating all the rooms with new HVAC units and replacing the kitchen grease ducting for Croce’s Restaurant.

This project was completed for the Irvine Company at their Xantrex Industrial Facility. The scope of work consisted of replacing (8) units, (250) Tons total, with Trane Intellipaks. This was a turnkey weekend project resulting in no down time for the customer.
